Only a few weeks have past since I last blogged, but a lot has changed in our lives. Dylan graduated, officially, passing his boards! We had a little gathering of our closest friends and family to celebrate.
He accepted a job in Helena, MT and we moved into a little rental house in the center of town. Dylan is working at an urgent care in town and so far is really enjoying it. Still waiting on his license to be approved with the state he isn’t officially working as a PA but is following the doc around and rooming patients. It should be only a few more days, unless some more government hoops present themselves. He likes the work and usually has an interesting story to tell us each night. His schedule is great and allows him to spend a lot of time at home with us. With Dylan working 3 – 12 hour days per week he is looking into a part time PA job filling in one of the nearby ERs.
Addison and I bump around the house, spend a lot of time at the park and go on lots of walks. I have been applying for jobs and looking into daycares/preschools for Addi. She is really craving relationships with kids her own age and is quickly outgrowing spending every waking moment with her boring ‘ol mamma! She constantly talks about “going to school” and pretends daily that she is going to school with her friends.
